The Pelvic Bowl. It’s the energetic foundation of the body in Eastern sciences and the “center” according to certain lineages of somatics. And yet many of us become disconnected from our pelvic bowls for a variety of reasons.

Somatic Womb & Pelvic Work is a transformative approach to pelvic re-embodiment and whole being healing. Within a mindfulness-based, trauma-informed container, we gently, yet profoundly go towards both the wounds AND the resources that exist in relationship to your pelvic bowl.

Cultivating a lasting relationship with the power and magic of your pelvic bowl and its organs, as well as finding your innate health, voice and power are central to this work. All bodies and gender identities are welcome here!
