A container to explore & reconnect to the tender terrain of your pelvic bowl & womb space through a somatic, earth-based & trauma-informed lens.
Integrating Our Womb Stories
A SOMATIC PELVIC HEALING WORKSHOP
❃
What stories are held in your pelvic bowl?
What beliefs, emotions & attitudes live here?
And how do they show up in your body,
relationships & lived experiences?
What does it mean to embody your pelvic bowl?
Especially after wounding, trauma
or big experiences, such as birth?
To unwind patterns of holding,
personal, ancestral & collective?
What might it feel like to reconnect with,
reclaim & re-inhabit this foundational space
of your body-being?
❃
Integrating Our Womb Stories
Join us for this 6-week workshop, a gentle immersion into the “stories” held within our bodies and pelvic bowls.
Each of us carries living histories within our bodies and beings. These stories are shaped by many factors. Our lived experiences and identities, our ancestral inheritances, our communities, dominant culture and more. In somatics, it is understood that we are quite literally “shaped” by these factors.
Our stories speak through our bodies.
I’m guessing that if you are reading this, you have stories.
Perhaps your stories have to do with birth. Or loss.
Maybe they have to do with chronic pain. Or the deep desire to have a child.
Your stories may hold your grief, wonder, fear, joy.
“Integrating Our Womb Stories” is a space for us to come together to begin listening to, honoring, processing and unwinding the stories held in our bodies, pelvic bowls and womb spaces. Through journaling, somatic exploration, ritual, breath, plant medicine, hands-on work and group sharing, you will be invited to begin listening to the stories of your pelvic bowl so that you may build bridges back to this foundational place in your body-being.
